Along with continuous growth of Anthen's tower business and great advancement of China in these years, we have purchased a great variety of numerically-controlled machines with most advanced domestic technique level for manufacturing iron tower. The introduction of these advanced machines has greatly upgraded the production technique. Thanks to the advanced technique and supermatic equipment, the production efficiency and product quality of Anthen has acquired rather great progresses. Through these equipment, the machining time of a single steel component has been reduced and the output has been raised in evidence. As a result, the company has better capacity
to manufacture more iron towers used in transmission lines of higher voltage classes.
The introduction of the Longmen submerged arc welding machines, CNC steel plate benders, CNC cutting machines, has enlarged the product range of Anthen. After the successful development of two new products ¡°steel pole and steel-pipe combination tower¡±, Anthen's product line had been further enlareged.
The introduction of CNC Board Production Line made the processing flow automatised, and made the production scale and processing quality of steel plate comported with other artisanship. What is more, we put much attention to the introduction of advanced processing technique .Through lofting software, instead of manual lofting, we realized the comprehensive application of computer aided map lofting. At the same time, three dimensional computer lofting software has made the lofting technique more accurate , the lofting quality higher. These technical upgradtion also has guaranted the accuracy of after procedures and reduced the chances for technicians making unavoidable mistakes result from inadequacy of space imagination.
